All Are One Martial Arts is a traditional mixed-martial arts class that has its foundation in the arts of Karate, Aikido, and Jujitsu. From there we compliment the workouts with other martial arts and fitness disciplines. The result is an opportunity to round out one's ability to defend themselves, get a versatile workout, and instill confidence in adults and children alike.
About the Instructor: Jameison Aldridge started his martial arts training with his father in 1973 and he has been teaching since 1988. He has a 3rd degree Black Belt in Shudokan Karate, has been training in Aikido since 1990, and Japanese and Brazilian Jujitsu since 1992. He has had opportunities to train in 3 different styles of Karate, 2 different styles of Aikido & Aikijitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Chen & Yang Style Tai Chi, Wing Tsun Kung Fu, Kajukenbo, Krav Maga, Kickboxing & European Fencing.
